I currently live in Ashland City, due to my room mate moving out because he got a job in japan - I am hoping to find a reliable, organized, matured, respectful, clean, and fun room mate as him that I can split the bills with.

I am an Admin. I work 7-3 schedule and asleep by around 10pm during the weekdays. I am mostly at home because one of my biggest hobbies is to watch animes/movies or play games, that being said I go out to have fun sometimes on the weekends, so sleep may vary.

My monthly budget is $800, and I’m looking to move sometime during April 2024. I’m hoping to find a place near Community at Bordeaux in West Nashville or somewhere 10 to 15 minutes drive away.

I’m a pretty social person, but I also need my alone time. I want my house to be a place where I can have people over, but not a place that’s constantly full of people. I’m open to the idea of my roommates hosting small parties - I would just like to know about these ahead of time. I’m down to get to know each other; I’m not saying we have to be best friends, but I would like for us to be cool with each other.

My friends would describe me as someone who is easy-going, analytical, and independent. In my free time, I like to spend my time in my room, but sometimes outside either alone or with others.

I would like my own bedroom. If the bedrooms are sized differently enough to justify different prices, I’m happy staying in the larger or smaller room.

I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings when I get home from work. I’m open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized.

If you’re someone that needs to have the volume on the TV/Speaker up to the maximum, we might not be the best fit (unless I like your taste in music). I don’t own any pets and wouldn’t mind any pets as long as they are being properly taken care of. I’m not a smoker but I wouldn’t mind living with one as long as you don’t make the interior of the place stinks.
