I currently live near UW Hospital but am looking for a new place starting around Aug 1st. My roommate of 3 years is moving to a studio apartment so I need to find a new roomie. We get along super well and she can attest to the fact I make an excellent roommate (not to toot my own horn or whatever, but I have great vibes lol). I’m searching for a 2 bedroom that is cat friendly, has some sort of off street parking, laundry on site or in-unit, and a dishwasher. Looking to stay relatively close to campus/near west side. I have 2 sweet cats and am super friendly and considerate as a roommate. I make sure to keep common spaces tidy and always clean up after myself in the kitchen (dirty dishes can sit in the sink overnight for ONE night. otherwise I go insane lol.) I’m a people pleaser at heart so I like to openly communicate and make sure I’m not being bothersome. I’m a fair mix of social and homebody, drink occasionally, and don’t smoke. I’m looking for someone similar who isn’t an excessive drinker/partier, doesn’t smoke/vape, and limits any cannabis consumption to your own bedroom (mainly for the smell and my cats’ safety). Overall I think I’m pretty easy to get along with as long as you’re a nice person. I want us both to feel comfortable in a home — we don’t have to be best friends but we should at least mesh well enough that we don’t feel awkward around each other :-) If you think we’d be a good match let me know!
