Hello, I’m looking for a new roommate to move into my current apartment. There are two rooms available (room 2 = $850 and room 3 = $800).
Chill and welcoming environment where you will have two other roommates (related)! 🌈 You will have your own private room with good closet space.🚪The common areas will be shared (e.g. living room, kitchen, dinning, balcony). 🛋️ You will have access to the community gym, pool, park, laundry room, stove, microwave, dishwasher, mail room, and other amenities.✨ I have two white mini poodles 5.5/6yrs olds (10lbs) which is the limit of pets (cats/dogs). 🐩 The location is very close to the U, 15-20min bus/driving.
I speak English, Spanish, and in the process of learning Portuguese and Italian, in case you want to practice. I’m mostly an introvert but like to go out to bailes, restaurants, shopping, and traveling. 🗺️ I also like to have personal time to relax and watch movies. 🎥🍿
