I am looking for a room to rent in the heart of Washington D.C. (Georgetown, Dupont Circle, Foggy Bottom, Shaw, Capitol Hill, Southwest) in early May 2024. My budget to rent a room is around $750 with all utilities included - however, I am open to negotiate for mutual terms and agreements. On the side note, if you are also looking for a roommate to hunt for a housing opportunity with, or intending to fill a room in the household, please feel free to ping me and introduce a bit about yourself. A brief introduction about myself is, I am in mid twenties and I come from Uzbekistan, in the eastern part of Europe. I have been living in the United States legally for three years in Virginia state. I am moving to Washington DC area to continue my job and my studies in one of universities. I am strict on keeping everything organized, tidy, clean and easy to get along with. I am a big fan of sports, outdoor activities, networking events, tv shows, movies and photography sessions. I am hard of hearing, however despite the fact, I have been able to communicate with people well in English and Uzbek.
