Hey there! My name is Eric, and I’m a 19 year old man. I’ve been frantically searching for a room to rent out for a month to a couple months until I save up enough for my own apartment. I’m in the United States Army Reserves and also work full time at little Caesars. My last place fell through due to higher offers for the place I lived at from new renters, and I am left without a place to stay until I can move into the new apartment. I will pay as often and as much is agreed on without any delay, and have no problem helping out around the home with cleaning and other tasks.
