PLEASE NOTE: — This ONLY and exclusively “RURAL”-focus (RURAL MOUNTAIN area “room-share” or “MOUNTAIN-CABIN”-type rental(?)) search Applicant would absolutely LOVE to continue constructively and helpfully living on a Cascades MOUNTAIN FARM (or MOUNTAN RANCH), starting even as soon as “now” (!!!)… –– If so requested, this Rural-Residential Room Applicant WOULD also be glad to partly serve as a “FRONT-GATE MEET-AND-GREET” resident assistant and/or just (ALTERNATIVELY / OPTIONALLY) go ahead and “temporarily side-park SOMEWHERE OUT IN YOUR OPEN PASTURE SIDE-GROVE,” not too far from your current “main stead,” – (if necessary even entirely OUTSIDE OF YOUR CURRENT HOUSE STRUCTURE) – until Fall-Winter 2024 (or so), – staying basically in her own (nearby “side-parked”) AirStream (fully and lawfully “SELF-CONTAINED” and properly “utilities-decommissioned,” per Skagit County Rural-Residential full-compliance requirement, etc.); and has EXCELLENT local “personal and ethical character”-related references (located BOTH “upriver” AND “downriver”), if so requested by your “official-Property Deed’s current Primary Landowner,” at the final-approval consideration stage in this potential-match search reference. (Also, this “cover-photo” initially profile-posted here was taken “some years ago,” but initially gives you “a basic facial-features idea,” before a first in-person meeting has been mutually set, etc…). –– *** SOME INITIAL-STAGE PERSONAL DETAILS ARE: *** –– (1) – I’m in excellent health (jogging, active-stretching, swimming, have not had a single “flu”/“disease” or “allergy” for decades now, etc.); I keep a Fresh-Water Fishing License handy all along, have NEVER even “remotely” had any types of “drug or alcohol problems,” luckily; and my monthly income is DOCUMENTEDLY RELIABLE and STABLE, as it is “fixed / regular-schedule”; –– (2) – I absolutely never play any “loud recordings” or make any OTHER “loud noise” or any types of “pollution” anywhere, as I like peace, relative quiet, and even the occasional opportunity to periodically take short afternoon naps, whenever possible; –– (3) – Can keep RELIABLY ASSISTING YOUR DAILY LIFESTYLE (if you’re “elderly” or “disabled,” or just need some consistent help (even with “growing children or elderly parents”) around the homestead, all along); if needed, can easily keep TASKS-HELPING (both inside and out in the yard); and, — –– (4) – I also have EXCELLENT ORGANIC-GARDENING (and AGRONOMY / BERRIES / FRUIT-TREES / VINEYARD-keeping) SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS (usable anytime, e.g., – in GREENHOUSE / “EXTENDED-SEASON” GARDENING, regular garden-WATERING and PREPPING ORGANIC SOIL (anywhere outside) or caring for BERRIES or FRUIT TREES (including “grafting” and “berry-cuttings propagating”), if helpful); –– (5) – Have EXCELLENT “soups-and-salads” (and Full-Breakfast/“health”-snacks) HOME-COOKING (food-prep’); – AND also: – “WEB-SITES making” CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMMING (and “Web-content”-editing) – skills and experience; –– (6) – If needed, can valuably help your rural homestead keep ORGANIC-method mountain BEEHIVES (HONEY-BEES), pasture-maintain (and “vet-care” for) SMALL LIVESTOCK (for self-sufficient home ranching), or even excellently “ARENA”-LUNGE TRAIN (and board-manage / reliably care for) HORSES of various ages and performance disciplines, as well as for PRODUCTIVE DAIRY-GOATS, miniature “Babydoll”-type heritage breeds of small productive mini-sheep, bunnies, quail, do bottle-feeding of various “Highlander”-type (or other) new calves, etc., etc. … (Have a number of directly relevant “Post-Graduate ranching and gardenibg (WSU) Certifications” and have, basically, been a good “side-ranching and home-gardening” sport for some time, to date.
