I’m quiet, easy going and drama free. I have my own signing agent business and work 4-5 days a week. I enjoy getting away on the weekends hiking, sailing and traveling. I recently sold my home in Napa and I am looking for a place to rent for 1-2 years before I retire. I own a home in Palm Desert and go back and forth. I basically need a place to land during the week and occasional weekends while I work and also I figure out my next chapter. I have a small 15 pd dog who is very well house trained, quiet (doesn’t bark) basically sleeps and just hangs out with me and loves his walks. He’s is a real love. He comes with raving reviews from people who have dog sat for me. I’m looking for a peaceful and safe place. We don’t need to be best friends or hang out. Just respectful of each other.
