Hello, I am Khoa, I’m 25 years old and currently living in Santa Barbara and working for my family business. I am a student at UCSB and will be transfering to UCSD this fall. I’m looking for a place to rent in San Diego for work and school (I do online classes) My budget is $1500-$1600 a month. I am hoping to relocate from Santa Barbara to San Diego no later than August. I’m very chill, friendly, responsible, organized, very very very CLEAN and tidy. I like to live in a clean, peaceful, drama-free environment. Always trying to have good communication to improve cohabitation. I’m communicative, upfront and always respect other people boundaries and space (Mostly keep to myself, private) I’m not into party and never bring the party home, just occasionally having one or two friends over but will definitely let you know ahead of time. Absolutely NO DRUGS, (occasionally pot, responsibly) and I’m a light drinker. I have no pets, no kids. My hobbies include going out with friends, dinner, concerts, fashion/shopping, going on hike/beach, and travel. At home I like to relax, watch movies/show, cook and clean.
