I live a very active and healthy lifestyle. I don’t drink or smoke but I don’t mind if you do at all. I practice breath work and meditation and am just starting to get into yoga! I’m also a big outdoors person and love going on walks/hikes. I’m introverted but still love to have conversations! I am currently studying plant medicine and am super into it.
