Hey, my name is Rafael and I’m 19 currently transferring from West Hills College Lemoore to FS. I’m looking for a reliable trustworthy apartment roommate I can split rent with since I’m not a fan of what the promoted housing options offered by FS provide for the cost. My hobbies include building computers, entrepreneurship, mechanics, and gaming. I like to have a good time when my work is done and I’m always down to chill. I want someone who could be a compatible roommate. I’m a straight Christian man and prefer male roommates. I will be working while I attend school so I will hold my end, just need someone who’s chill and can hold their own. Not willing to pay more than $650 a month (Not including utilities or wifi) so about $1300 max for the apartment. I’m down to help look for a good bang-for-buck apartment around the school as well.
