My name is Joe. I have a lease that will end in October. I am looking for a safe, peaceful, respectful place to live. I am not party person. I am clean and organized. I do not smoke or take any substances. I am very hard worker. I am a gentlemen who obey rules. I believe in respect and communication. I like to live in peace with those around me. There is no overhead when it comes to living with me. I like to be up front with those who I intend to live with. I think about the peace of the house as a whole and how my decisions can affect the household.

I can corroborate what I am saying here. If anyone wants to ask about my character I invite them to come see where I live and speak to my current Landlord and housemates. What I say is what I do.

My payment history has been flawless. I have never been late. I pay early, advanced and on time.

My landlord whom I have known is selling his home. So that is why I am looking for a place to live.

(While living here I followed the framework that my Landlord laid out of us as a household.)

1} This is a home of Peace and rest. I do not care if you are having fun. I care if you are at peace and rested. 2) This is a safe home to live nothing illegal happens here. 3) The main two things we live by is safety and sanitation. If you cannot be safe you cannot be here. If you cannot lock doors or remember to turn of the stove or oven or things that could potentially start a fire you cannot be here. 4) Leave it cleaner than you found it. If you see something messy clean it. 5) If one of your housemates has done something to bother you bring it up to them and reconcile with them. 6) Every month we have monthly meetings to discuss things in the home. 7) Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am Sunday night through Friday morning. From Friday morning. From Friday night you until Sunday 9pm you can be loud. 8) If we have a house mate that has odd hours we try to accommodate them at same time while being reasonable with the frame work. 9) Keep your room and bathroom and common areas clean. 10) Refrigerator and Freezer space are allocated by percentage. If there are 4 people it is 25 percent each. 11) Guests area allowed in the home, but we must communicate to the household that they are coming. 12) If we have a guest over. It is our responsibility to watch our own guest. We cannot leave them alone. This prevents any precarious situations from coming up. 13) We have a saying guest and fish stink after 3 days. We not to have guests over for so long. 14) If we have a “friend” over that “friend” must leave the next morning. 15) We like to share things in the house but if there is something that you don’t want to share as far as food write your name on it. 16) We have a money box that goes into the house fund for things If I used all your ketchup. You can go into the money box to get more. 17) We are a forgiving house we give people time to adjust to the frame work. 18)We are open to discussion and input as a household. 19) We had one person we had to ask to leave because he could not follow the framework. We are upfront with everyone who has some to live here about the frame work. The thing that bothers me the most is when people lie and misrepresent themselves Or the individuals who try to change the frame work and disrupt the peace of the home.
