Hello, I’m moving to work in Petaluma California from Virginia this summer, and am interested in locating a room for rent. I currently own a home and plan on selling it before leaving and restarting on the opposite coast line! I am extremely respectful, clean, and curtious to others. I understand how important having a good roommate is having tenants of my own now, and I am exactly that!
