Hello,

My name is Lucas, I’m a 29 year old finance major at USD.

I have a 8 month old Great Dane puppy named Leia.(ESA). She still has puppy moments but is a giant sweetheart, very well trained, and very chill. She sleeps in my bedroom but also likes to nap in the sun during the day. I generally take her on walks twice a day and if we have time visit dog beach. (tired dogs make great dogs).

I’m hoping you like dogs as well but I rarely expect anything from my roommates regarding her care outside the occasional feeding or letting her out. Im a generally clean person especially in the common areas and appreciate a collective mindset when it comes to cleaning/ taking care of things.

I occasionally go out but also appreciate a Saturday night in just as much as a night out. I never like to bring the party home either but I don’t mind if you do occasionally. Overall I’m very easy going, communicative, and upfront. I appreciate that in a roommate as well. I think a home should be a drama-free and peaceful place for everyone.

My hobbies include woodworking, epoxy, scuba diving, and skydiving. I’m pretty handy and don’t mind a good home improvement project.

Ideally I’m looking for a place that has access to an outdoor area but I’m flexible. please let me know if you would like references and or have any questions for me.
