Hi all! I’m Derek, a full time student, part time art teacher. I surf, I ride bicycles, I camp, and I fix things. I’m pretty quiet, but I love music. I can cook and keep my spaces clean. I like spending time with people, but do require some regular solitude. I prefer roommates with open and direct communication styles, and don’t care much for drama. I have good friends but am always open to making more.
