I am currently moving from Northern California to Southern California for work and I’m looking for clean, organized, female/nb roommates who are good communicators to live with! I consider myself to have to these traits and I would love to call or meet with anyone interested in living together. I am a first time renter, but I have really good credit. I am also new to the area, so I am very open to a roommate who is looking for a friend in a roomie :)
