I’m in the process of downsizing, as my kids have gone off to college. I usually commute from Palos Verdes and want to find something closer, and more convenient for now as I often work late, open to long term if it’s sensible. In usually at work, the gym, and or out of town, and when I am at the room, I’ll likely just be sleeping and getting ready for work.
