I am quiet, clean, and will be busy with school (Nova grad student). I usually keep to myself, but like to have someone else around. I am looking for a roommate who is also quiet and clean, and likes to keep things low-key. I would prefer not having overnight guests regularly. I am an early riser, and early to bed. I don’t mind if you have a pet, in fact I would love it! I am a swimmer and train daily, I am into photography, boxing, fitness, hiking, and nature. Looking to room with female/NB/gender-fluid/trans/non-cis male. Prefer to be in Davie/Dania Beach area, but open to other nearby areas that are safe.
