I am a queer, poly, femme-presenting, administrative professional in my thirties. My interests include visual arts, music (I play the keyboard… with headphones, don’t worry (: ), thing-making (jewelry, painting/sculpture, etc), fashion/style, plants, steampunk culture, thrifting, and quiet, cozy, peaceful living. I have a small circle of close friends, and a life-partner (who lives separately). I’m looking for housemates who would not mind my partner visiting on the weekend, and perhaps hosting 2-3 small friend gatherings/year. Living style: A HUGE believer in intentional, open communication, and flexibility/compromise. I am very neat/clean, always clean-up after myself, and am looking for likeminded humans. I enjoy agreed-upon “quiet hours”(especially on weeknights), and do not play loud music. I enjoy collaborating on decisions such as house furniture/decor, plant-care, and ideally would hope to develop a friendship with my housemates.

Specifics -

1. Allergies: I love animals, but unfortunately, due to my partner’s severe allergies, I cannot live with cats/dogs who are not hypoallergenic. ( A dander-less existence is much preferred to several trips to the ER.)

2. Move-in Date: I can be a bit flexible, depending on the circumstances, but I would prefer to move in before Sept. 1 rather than after.

3. Budget: ~$1350/mo (if utilities included) ~$1150/mo (if utilities not included)

4. I do prefer house rules/agreements in writing, at least as far as the big, important stuff, but I’m also a fan of compromise and quid pro quo.

5. LGBTQIA: Being able to live with other queer/poly humans, is a definite bonus for me!
