Hi, I am Deric, looking to retire full time in 18 months. When I do, I’ll retire to Merida, Mexico where I own my home. I am clean, have a large dog who has been an indoor pet her whole life. Her name is Molly. I am divorced, kids all grown and doing well. I am in need of a place with a private bathroom, space for a queen bed, in an good walking area. I work out few times a week, play tournament golf 2x per week, and I am a very good cook. I am laid back, straight shooter, and just looking to save as much as possible before I enter my next phase of life.
