Valery

Hi! My name is Valery, and I’m moving from TX to Eugene to attained the University of Oregon for a master’s program Fall 2024. I’m looking to move around the end of August/beginning of September. I’m just looking for a room to rent on a monthly basis, or a 6 month lease could also work! I am pretty chill, like to keep clean and establish house rules early on, and value great communication. I’m not a smoker and I drink socially and outside, but I’ll probably be too busy for that this fall. I also have a goal of building community with like-minded people in OR (queer/queer friendly, compassionate, etc). It would be a huge plus if I could build that with a potential roommate but also not absolutely necessary, as long as we build a sense of trust or respect between each other :)
