My name is Patrick Logan. I am a 62 year old healthcare worker (I am a Prosthetist/Orthotist - I make artificial limbs and braces) who will begin a position in Erie, PA starting 7/6/26. I am looking for a month to month room rental as I have a family currently living in Grand Rapids, Michigan and will potentially be looking to purchase a home in the Erie area, although I anticipate that would likely not occur for at least 6 months and possibly longer. My preference is for a furnished room which includes utilities and internet as part of the rent. In the interests of full disclosure, I am also a below knee amputee but do not require any special accommodations or use any special devices other than my prosthesis.

I am quiet, clean, non-judgmental, and friendly, although I tend to keep mostly to myself. I am a non-smoker. You would likely rarely see me except when I am leaving for and returning from work. I also plan to return to Michigan on most weekends so I would mostly be simply using the room from Sunday night to Friday morning with rare exceptions
