Hello, my name is Chris. I’m a 59-year-old, male, college educated, professional, interested in your room rental.

About myself, my background and interests: I’m serious-minded, quiet, responsible, respectful, very clean, organized, and friendly. I do not smoke or do drugs of any kind. I’m a light drinker, mostly on weekends. I live a healthy lifestyle. Also, I do not have any pets. I do not work from home and I’m typically out working or doing something most days of the week and weekends. I enjoy cooking and watching sports.

I have a 29-year-old, beautiful daughter, that just graduated college. She currently lives in the San Diego area.

I have very good credit and proof of income. I own two vehicles, a Mercedes convertible and a new Honda, Clarity, electric/ hybrid.

I lived in the San Diego area since 1984 and moved to Newport Beach, San Clemente four years ago to start a medical management company with a close business partner. The company was acquired 10 months ago and now I have decided to move back to San Diego.

I’m interested in a month-to-month lease until we feel comfortable with being roommates and I feel comfortable with the living arrangements, etc.
