I am a considerate person and roommate, clean, friendly, and respectful of people’s space and boundaries. I love people and also find time alone to be needed. I am not someone who enjoys a lot of noise in their home, such as loud music or yelling. But, I am a musician and do enjoy playing or practicing guitar or piano in my space. I come with a cat who is very friendly to humans but, sadly, not a good with other animals. Looking for a large room to rent or someone to find a rental space to share together.
