I don’t drink alcohol and I do not smoke or use any substances recreationally. I’m a respectful and friendly roommate! I’m currently working on an internship in real estate and studying for my real estate license, and I’m also studying at Southern Oregon University online for my undergraduate Psych degree.

I have excellent renter’s history and always pay rent on time. I have a guarantor who is my father, and he provides me with an income of $2500 per month. If you need a cosigner letter, I can provide that! I rented an apartment from CPM Real Estate for over 3 years from Nov 2018 to Feb 2022. I am again currently renting from CPM from July 2023 to March 2024.
