Hi! I’m Candace and I’m looking to rent in LA area. I do social media and would be talking in my room frequently during the day. I don’t work at night though so I would keep to myself. I’m very clean with my living areas/bathrooms. I have a 2 pound yorkie, he doesn’t bite and is crate trained meaning he doesn’t whine/bark at night. My dog also doesn’t bark at doorbells or noises outside, he is very shy and docile. I don’t smoke at all and I understand the value of a dollar so i’ll respect you+your things :)
