Hello we are Josh and Teresa, my wife works full time at Walmart in Kernersville and has been there for 10+years now. I’m age 33 and she is 41 years old, Im on disability and receive $1,000 per month every month and I’ve been on disability since. We both are a laid back couple, very good renters, outgoing and friendly and are both very good about paying our rent when it comes to paying our rent on time, due to our landlord and his wife who is selling their property to retire after 3 years of renting with them we are having to look for another place to live as we’ve never been in this situation before….
