Hey, I moved to NY about 6 months ago grom Cali. I am an artist, designer, marketer and bird owner. I can afford 300 a month a most for a room…right now atleast, probably for the next year. I am quiet, clean and respectful. I work 8-5 M-F and 6-10pm usually working on commitments or gaming or delivering doordash. Weekends I am either home, cleaning, doing laundry or even working. I am more thsn willing to clean house, chores, errands if needed as long as I am at my main job. I do work from home mondays. I have my own car.
