Roshan

Hey everyone, I’m Roshan. I’m a biomedical/electronics engineer by trade, and I work a pretty normal 9-5 schedule. An athlete and dancer during other hours. I’m usually out doing things on the weekend but like my peaceful times at home as well.

My monthly budget is $700, and I’m looking to move in anytime between Aptil 15th to 30th. Looking for a short term lease, till around September. I would like a private room.

I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings when I get home from work. I’m open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized.

I love to have fun and meet new people, but I prefer to do most of my socializing away from home. Open to the idea of roommates hosting small parties - I would just like to know about these ahead of time.

Dealbreakers : smokers, don’t clean up after yourself especially the kitchen and bathroom (if shared), being loud
