I’m a fairly clean and easy going person. I can cook and clean for myself, and I’m pretty quiet. I’m also very good about not crossing boundaries. I’m looking for a roommate who is reliable on their side of the rent, and is willing to communicate openly and consistently with me so we can be on good terms, even if we don’t end up being friends. My only hard lines are that I have 2 cats that I NEED to bring with me, but they’re incredibly well behaved, house trained, and sociable. The other hard line is that I cannot room with someone who keeps roaches, I have a massive phobia and Im allergic to them. Im also allergic to bunnies, but all other pets are fine, my cats are well socialized with big dogs, other cats from pet sitting situations, etc. I am hyper attentive to their training and behaviors.
