I’m a 29 year old working professional. Currently live in Lowertown (downtown St Paul) and would like to get a 2 bedroom apartment in the Pioneer Endicott building. I’ve been living here in a 1-bedroom for a year now. I love it, but it’s a little more than I’d like to spend on my own, so I figured I’d cast a net to find a roommate. My personal budget is $1500/mo including utilities, but I’m certainly open to my roommate paying less than that. It’s something we can discuss!

I am willing to discuss other options than just the previously mentioned apartment building!

Cannabis friendly, though I don’t smoke (much prefer edibles). I would like a roommate who is past the partying stage of life, but otherwise, I don’t mind what anyone else does in their free time. It’s important to me that shared spaces are mostly organized and tidy, especially the kitchen!

I have a very sweet dog named Winnie (6 y/o golden retriever-australian shepherd).

I enjoy shooting film, going on walks/hiking, reading books, writing, cooking/baking, camping, and travelling. LGBT+ friendly.
