I’m very considerate, responsible and keep to myself. Need my own bathroom. My dog is small, old and quiet too.

Work at Florida Gulf Coast University and need a place close by, I am not big of long commutes and traffic around here is horrendous. I work a few hours a week at a gym as well and i’m not home alot.

My budget is $1000 max WITH utilities and fees included. I prefer to move in mid to late May. I am looking for short term lease or month to month.
