Hey there, I am Tim. I am currently looking for a room to rent until the end of the year. I will be leaving the service and relocating to another state at the end of the year, while my family heads out early during the summer. I’ve rented many homes and apartments in the past (I’m 43 after all) and can easily hold my share of responsibility around the place. I’m laid back, and easy to get along with. I’m currently an online student, so I spend the evening hours doing, well, my homework. It’s not a big deal, but I wouldn’t mind a private bathroom, but I can share one if need be. I like to cook, so sharing a kitchen and common area would be nice. If you have something available, please let me know.
