Hello there I am a friendly down to earth MamaBear, and I am looking to move to Hangtown with my 2 chill middle school and highschool kiddos. Ideally I am in search of 2 bedrooms with reasonable rent and utilities included would be wonderful. I am hoping to find either a friendly male or female roommate I could rent 2 bedrooms from whether it’s in a house or it would be awesome if I could rent out a long-term apartment. Yaa no creepers allowed!! I know times are tougher than before and I am hoping to find someone legit who could benefit from my rent as nowadays it’s rough to survive on your own.
