I’m looking for a housemate (or maybe 2 depending!) for this spring.
ISO 2 or 3 bedroom single family home or duplex/triplex to split with 1 other woman or non binary identifying person. I’m looking for 12+ months rentals, and open to longer term rental options. Nice to haves: Shared WFH office space Off street parking/garage

About me (she/her): Late 20s working professional- nonprofit and community organizing jobs/background. I’m currently in a hybrid role with a local nonprofit, but currently looking for more remote opportunities. I’m hoping a housemate might be a future friend, but I am also fine with more independence and autonomy. I like keeping shared spaces clean and sharing chores.

Pets: I have 1 small dog and 1 small cat, they are very friendly. Ideally a roommate would enjoy animals as well. It might be easiest if they were the only pets, but we can talk about it more if you’d be interested.

Furniture: I have a variety of furniture that I plan on keeping, so if you are looking for someone who has all that stuff, I could be a good fit! *I currently live alone, so I have just about everything for 1 person
