hi I am 45 yr old guy looking to rent a room long term. I commute to Schaumburg for work. I live in Florida so I would be in the room during the wk and usually in Florida on the wknds. I am married and have kids , I have a very stable income and my family is in Florida . My job is a permanent job so there are no worries about me disappearing. I can provide references for my character and my job stability. I am very easy going must be drug free apt/house as I am subject to random federal drug testing.
