Bed for 20 nights. Hello all! I’m seeking connections to a private room with a shared or private bathroom in July 2024 (from the 7th to the 27th), when I’ll be attending a summer course at CSUN (California State University, Northridge). I am a 19-year-old guy. I am also a full-time student at UNESP (São Paulo State University) pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism. I’m respectful, clean, keep to myself, and rarely use common spaces other than the kitchen. I don’t intend on having guests over often, but I would appreciate an understanding if I did on occasion. My budget is $700~ for the 20 nights accommodation, including utilities, but I am flexible depending on accommodations, location, and practicality.
