I just started a full-time job at Lafayette college with there Parkhurst Dining team as a dishwasher. I’ve been working at Lafayette college for a few months through a temp agency but Lafayette college offered me a full time position and it’s been going good for the past month of February and continuing, Not only do I work hard but I also have an emotional support dog. I work 2nd shift. In my free time I like to be outside with my dog or play Xbox. I get payed bi weekly n I make about $630 after taxes every 2 weeks I wont have any $ until the week of the 24th I just payed back rent to a previous landlord. I just gave my previous landlord $500 and now I’m homeless I am trying to get into a shelter so I can save for an actual apartment or studio. For now all I can do is month to month I can’t afford a security deposit I would need a little extra time to come up with a security while paying month to month.
