Hey my name is Ms. Hunter!! I’m looking for someone that is chill and wanting to live a peaceful life and cohabitate at the same. I’m very friendly and outgoing. I’m super clean and I do keep to myself! I have two sources of income, I can without a doubt make my payments. I do and am able to feed and provide for myself groceries and essentials etc. I understand boundaries and standards, I am not a aggervating or distributive. Personal space is respected, and so are wishes, feelings, and personal requests that aren’t too far fetched, or unfair. Surviving is hard but doing it alone is harder, I’m looking and hoping to not just be a tenant, but a mate that could make great team. If me and a like-minded individual, who can see eye to eye on teaming up, getting something together, and live as stable partners with a stable foundation, there’s no need to be replacing roommates or making a home temporary based on leases. From experience, I’m no longer renting rooms that have any stipulations or regulations, no deposits or down payments. I will have paper documentations, legalized agreements and forms of payment receipts made, no virtual payments or any virtual financial services. Not looking for short term agreements, specific gender requests, or requests that discriminate who the room should be or not be rented too.

Legally, As a tenant, I fall under the HUD, and have legal assistance and authorities that have worked with me before.
