Gabi and Ben

Hello everyone! Ben (22M) and I (26F) connected through Roomies and decided to see if we could find a third roommate together! We both ideally would like to sign a lease starting in mid-August of this year. Ben will be graduating this Spring from the University of Oregon, and I will be starting a Master’s program there this Fall. Both of us individually have a budget of 850/month that we would like to spend on rent. As for having people over, we are totally chill with you having smaller parties occasionally, but anything large or too often wouldn’t be a good fit for us. For noise, we are not particularly quiet, but we also don’t want unreasonable loudness, especially in the middle of the night. You would also need to be okay with cats, as Ben plans on getting one within the year. A final, important thing is we are looking for someone who values open communication!
