I’m looking to rent a room with another woman my age. I will have help with grocery shopping for myself, cooking if I’m unable as I’m able to but show the paid people how. Will be hired by me and checked out for criminal acts against tenants or elderly or disabled crimes done against these ppl. Meaning that’s done on my workers. I expect my own room and will not want to have pets and I don’t own or drive a car but will not bother anyone for a ride. I want peace and quiet and no bugs inside like bedbugs or other landlords do nothing about. I will have no furniture or nothing much but a few clothes because slumlords have allowed me to lose everything but jewelry not worth nothing. I live in a highrise for seniors and disabled that is the worse place I’ve ever lived in my life.
