Hello!! Looking for a roommate to rent a two bedroom apartment with. I’m from Southern California, I graduated from college back in May 2023, and now with my remote job as a freight broker, I’m wanting to move out of the house and be able to afford living! I have some family in Colorado, and my boyfriend and his best friend will be moving to Denver in the Fall as well. I could live alone, but would rather live with someone since I like company and I like hanging with new friends :) Some things about me:

• I like to keep things as tidy as possible, but I’m not a clean freak
• I have a male golden retriever that I’m bringing who is great with people, but he isn’t fixed, so if you have a female dog who isn’t either, it might not be a good fit :( if you have a pet, it would be nice to meet up first to see if they get along (and if we get along too!) I am unfortunately allergic to cats
• I’m not a huge fan of drugs, but drinking is fine since I like to socially drink
• I’d like my roommate to be female, preferably early to mid 20’s like myself
• I work remotely M-F, but am okay if you do too/if you’re hybrid! I also am an auctioneer for charity events in the evenings (mostly on the weekends) so you’ll have the place to yourself from time to time
• I love being active - walking my dog, going to pilates, swimming, and working out regularly
• I love going out to fun new restaurants (I’m a huge foodie), watching movies/tv shows, and just having a good time with good people
