Description
I’m looking for a female roommate who may be interested in sharing a 2-bedroom apartment(West Cary/Morrisville) around the last week of August. A little about me: 33-year-old Christian female Educator in Wake County Respectful, considerate, and easy to communicate with I value fairness, shared responsibility, and open communication Responsible with rent, bills, and household responsibilities I enjoy keeping shared spaces clean, comfortable, and welcoming for everyone Non-smoker, non-drinker, and drug-free Fairly structured work schedule and generally enjoy a peaceful home environment A few housing details: My ideal budget is around $800/month per person Primarily looking in the West Cary and Morrisville area I already have a few apartment communities in mind and would be happy to share them with anyone interested I’m open to either apartment hunting together or joining an existing 2-bedroom apartment if you’re already looking for a roommate One thing I’d like to mention upfront: About once or twice in 3 month, I may invite a few friends over on a weekend(Mostly on Saturday) noon or evening. We usually spend a few hours cooking, eating, and catching up together (around 4–5 hours). No overnight guests, parties, or late-night gatherings—just good food, fellowship, and conversation. I think we’d be a great fit if you also value open communication, keeping common areas reasonably clean, and creating a comfortable, respectful living environment for everyone. A couple of house expectations that are important to me:
- Please let each other know in advance before inviting guests over.
- Occasional guests are totally fine, but I’d prefer that visitors remain occasional rather than becoming frequent fixtures in the apartment.
- I’m not comfortable with partners, friends, or other guests regularly staying over or treating the apartment as a second home.
- Short visits from family or friends once in a while are understandable, but I’m generally looking for a home that is shared primarily by the people on the lease.
- I’ll extend the same courtesy and communicate with you ahead of time whenever I plan to have guests over. If you think we might be a good fit, feel free to message me! I’d love to get to know each other and make sure our lifestyles, cleanliness standards, communication styles, and expectations align before making any decisions.
