I’m a chemist and pretty easygoing. I work M-F first shift. I do have two cats and would love a place with a balcony or fenced in yard so they can get some fresh air. I have a lot of family obligations so I’m only home 3-4 nights/wk and am pretty quiet. Probably won’t have visitors very often either and am willing to help with chores. I enjoy cooking so if you don’t mind washing dishes, it’ll be great! Don’t mind most cleaning but really hate dusting for some reason; it’s the worst. :)
