ATX has been my home for almost 10 years now. I have lived all over this city, but now am living in North Austin near the Domain. My current living situation is awesome, but my friend and his gf have decided that it is time for them to live alone and we are splitting up ;( My friend and I that also live here are actually really happy for them as it is time for them to build their own nest together with them being together for almost 2 years now. My friend is moving out of Austin and I have decided to stay here.

I would like to find a roommate living situation that is very similar where we are all single or the host is a fun couple that likes people and is fun to get along with. I am charming and work a lot, but am quite on the weekdays and respectful of everyone’s space. I would like my budget to be around $900 which could be less or more depending on the vibe and the location. Currently I pay $1,100 rent, $180 utilities about, $140 storage. I need to move by May.

I am available to look at places mostly on Sundays. The soonest I can move is by mid April. I need to find a place by the end of May at the latest. I have a cat who is very social and her name is Zoey. She is potty trained and goes to the bathroom outside usually through a doggy door. She is a Manx and looks like a bobtail.
