Hi! I’m a respectful, open-minded person hoping to live with a cool person who like cats, generally take personal responsibility for their living spaces, and is willing to engage in tactful, open communication while living together :) I love science, artful endeavors, hiking, learning how things work, spicy wholehearted living, and my silly cats.

I have a graduate school application pending for this Fall—will be staying in Fort Collins if I am accepted, otherwise may move to Westminster/Broomfield area.

Need to know:

1. I am sadly afraid of spiders and am therefore not interested in basement / garden-level accommodations, or older buildings.

2. I have two cats. I spent about 3-4 tiresome weeks on the process of properly introducing them (Jackson Galaxy method, lol), and they were playful best friends by the end of the process :) I’m open to living with more than these two pets, but would absolutely need to go through the cat behavioralist method to preempt the madness of 3-4 pets.

3. I run cold, and I am looking for a roommate who enjoys their thermostat set in the 73°-75° range. (that’s not including diurnal variation, summer/winter, all that jazz). If you prefer 67-70° you can let me know that, I might set you up with my current roommate—that’s honestly our only real issue. (71-72° is uncomfortable for both of us ;-; )

4. I am also looking for somebody who either won’t be home all of the time, or expects to be productive at home a fair amount. Especially in Fort Collins, I’d really like to live with somebody I can body double with sometimes while studying/writing. A current graduate student or Medical/Ed/STEM-related professional would be an awesome match.
