I clean up after myself correctly and make sure I’m contributing equally to the cleanliness of the living environment. I don’t smoke or drink, and am looking for a short term place before I can move into an apartment with a business partner. Living below my means to save up. I’ll also have a very regimented/predictable lifestyle of working/reading/eating /exercising so you won’t have to worry about any oddball habits or behaviors.
