I’m 21 years old and I’ve been paying rent if $650-$1,200 since 2021. I spent the last year renting alone, but I’m looking to build my finances this year. I work weekdays and Sunday mornings as a childcare provider and my off time is usually spent relaxing at home with my laptop. I’m fairly tidy day to day and I deep clean once a week. I am deeply allergic to cats and dogs, so unfortunately no pets for me! I’d like to move out sometime in April and my only requirement is that we have a laundry hookup and a porch/balcony.
