I’m a healthy, well rounded, Artistic, male who’s finally getting out of the 9-5 world after 38 years. I plan on working 3 days a week and do monthly FUN trips Friday to Monday. The place will often be all yours. My credit rating is 813, meaning I’m highly responsible. I’m an Artist (pencil & ink) and a semi good musician ( Strats/ Tele) guitarist. Love concerts and go to 4 to 5 each summer. I’m pro Military / with a Patriotic heart for my country. I accept our President 60% of the time, meaning he does screw up sometimes. My point I’m not a fanatic, I’m Libertarian leaning R. I look at all sides of each issue..this makes for a well rounded roommate. Last, I’m CONSIDERATE.
