Professional - drama free - non smoker - social drinker - clean and easy going — looking for room to rent for 3-6 mo. Spend 1/2 week nights away from “home” so will not be there a lot. Prefer own full bath but not deal breaker if not. My 8 yr old son will be there occasionally but is quiet and stuck to my side most of the time. :) I have references and cash to pay upfront to secure if needed. Background check is not a problem.
