Work schedule varies but I usually work early mornings. I’m not bothered by people who are up later, as long as they aren’t excessively loud.

I go to the gym a lot and I meal prep, so I usually only use the kitchen once or twice a week.

I like to read and I like to watch tv. Usually pretty quiet unless I’m playing a video game with my friends. Even then volume is low.

Looking for something possibly now, but most likely in a few months would be ideal.
